CIDCO to build 1,145 public houses in Aurangabad

Cidco Project In AurangabadCity and Industrial Development Corporation (CIDCO) will build 1,145 tenements in Waluj area of Aurangabad city of Maharashtra at a cost of Rs 125 crore. The project is aimed at providing houses to middle class families, CIDCO chairman Pramod Hindurao told agency, after a decision to this effect was taken at the meeting of the corporation's board on Friday.

 

On the Navi Mumbai airport project, Hindurao thanked Prime Minister Manmohan Singh for deputing a senior officer from the Centre to look into the issues. He had earlier urged the Centre to help resolve the pending issues of the new airport and accord sanctions for its speedy completion.

 

CIDCO will make a presentation on the status of the new airport to the official.
